My 12-week YOU-based Nutrition Program focuses on making small, positive changes each week to your consumption while eventually crowding out the bad. Only at week 9 do we really hone in on what NOT to eat, but by then your cravings and tastebuds have already changed.
You can go it alone by purchasing my YOU-based Nutrition workbook on Amazon, or you can sign up for continued support during the 12 week process. This is highly recommended if you are actively working to solve any health issues.
